the leg jewellery is incredible, i hope to find at least something a little similar so i can stare all day in awe at its beauty. a little less risque than stockings and a bit more badass than boring old suspenders.

ahh, alison mosshart. quite possibly my biggest girl-crush ever. she is disheveled absolution and probably one of my biggest style inspirations (without trying to sound like a complete fan-girl). i am completely disarranged in everything i do, nothing about me is polished and i'm in a permanent state of disarray. but now i actually have an excuse to be messy and tousled in the form of ms mosshart herself. she is messy, mismatched and mussed up and i love that she seems to have complete apathy for refinement in the way she dresses. continue, vv, 'cause you're making me look acceptable.
forget mick jagger, i'm thinking brigitte bardot? anyway, it's the styling that absolutely made this photo, it's out of this world flawless. carine roitfeld, you killed it again. anna who? the delicate silks, the peeking lace, oh sartorial perfection! ignore the make up though, that's an abomination.
asymmetric pleat dress - marchesa, headpiece - louis mariette, swarovski cutout sandals - giuseppe zanotti, coin necklace - erickson beamon, bamboo bracelet - john hardy, rose crystal-encrusted ring - lanvin, urban decay shadow in graffiti.
i love, love, love this woman. she always wears the most amazing stage outfits, and after seeing both the marchesa dress and those incredible giuseppe zanotti's, i knew they'd be just perfect for her ethereal air. the green would naturally offset set her flame-red locks perfectly :).

these are some of the baddest ass shorts i've ever seen. i'd die a million deaths for these chainmail shorts from luxirare, they are spectacular!
i'll be honest here, any movie genre that includes the word 'romantic' is just not my type of movie. i'll even take gore over a romantic comedy, if needs be. but i have just this second finished watching 2 Days in Paris, as recommended to me by a friend, and i am in love with this film so bad. it actually has the best ending of pretty much any movie i have ever seen. it is so exquisitely shot, that the premise of the film seems more beautiful than just another pathetic soppy romance movie. here's the video of the last monologue i managed to find on Le Love:
words cannot even describe how amazing this whole weekend has been, probably the best of my life, EVER! from getting covered in whisky by a lil' mexican at maximo park, being heartbroken at kings of leon because they were so good (or was i just drunk?), actually enjoying calvin harris, almost seeing glasvegas by accident but thankfully not, eating chicken nuggets on the grass, meeting harry enfield (or not), again almost crying at florence & her machine, dying 8 billion deaths, falling in love at regina spektor, getting burnt to hell at lady gaga, getting sunstroke at lily allen and falling in love again at blur while being slathered in neon paint and dodging the shit stick, 'wit lind it' and chewee bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
